Amogerone Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Inc., founded in 1876, is the oldest of ten volunteer fire companies in the Town of Greenwich, Connecticut.

AVFC's firefighters serve town-wide but safeguard the “central” district, an area of approximately ten square miles accounting for approximately $8.4 billion, or 40%, of the total assessed valuation of all real estate in the town.
